I fully expect the starting price for the dual motor (Tesla has already said single motor version is eliminated) will come under Rivian's R1T base price, before options, and will qualify for full $7.5K tax credit.

There is a chance they advertise a lower cost RWD model coming in the future for $50k or similar. Then they will cancel it next year saying there was no demand for the entry level truck.

The main model (standard pack with two motor AWD) will start around $80k.

There's some supposedly leaked pricing info, pretty much exactly what I said months ago (and made some of the Tesla-Bros go boo-hoo ...)

There's still rumor of a single motor at under $45K, which I would say is bullshit, but maybe just to say,"Yeah, we made one near the price we originally said ...", but a single motor is goofy as fuck.
