Saw this truckload of Fisker Ocean's heading westbound on 66 just outside the DC beltway today. In hindsight I should've followed to see where they were going. Is it okay to post these pics, or are we only posting pictures of Cybertrucks? ?

I got my Ocean One VIN today, in the 60XX range. They expect to deliver it by the end of next month. Looking forward to it, but it has a lot of work to do to earn a spot at the end of my driveway (because solar roof)

Well, since we know the pricing and specs of the Ocean and it doesn’t make me want to barf when I look at it, I would say it’s welcome as far as I’m concerned ?

A One? Henrick says September. If Fisker does a "delivery event" on the 30th, I am driving there with my R1T and a uhaul auto transport to bring it back home.

The Ocean is terrific looking, specs are solid, and the config I'd go with:

Ultra in Blue Planet, black 22" Airgliders", black standard interior, performance package is right at $55K which seems pretty fantastic.

I have an account, and I've almost pulled the trigger on a reservation a few times. My concern is the service network, parts, basically all the things you deal with when it's NOT working as expected.

The vehicle itself would be pretty perfect for our 2nd/backup/occasional short distance trip ride.

I know…can’t believe I’ll be jumping back into the fire with another early production vehicle. ?. At least it should be built better.

Magna Steyr is a pretty well respected manufacturer. I'm guessing my Ocean will have fewer problems than my Rivian, and we all know how bad Rivian's service is currently.
Either way, I can suffer being without a vehicle for a while, so it'll just serve to annoy me more than anything else.

This exactly. After their bankruptcy in 2014 and their Karma electric vehicles literally bursting into flames, I simply wouldn't touch Fisker with a 1000 foot pole.

That's just me. Hope everyone who put down money has a great vehicle and great ownership experience.

Since it's refundable, and only $250, I could just put one on reserve, we've' got both our current rides coming off leases middle of next year, so I've been collecting reservations :D

I see there are very close Cox service centers to me too (I'm in the NE Florida area, 30 minutes south of Jax, about 2 hours from Orlando), who I understand handle some of the service.

I really dig on this (our config):

Well, Magna isn’t putting their stamp on a crappy vehicle. Some company in Finland built the Karma, and with a bankrupt battery supplier (A123) the only one sourcing batteries at the time and Hurricane Sandy burning down a whole shipment of cars….lotta bad luck the first time around. I mean, Rivian had two battery fires in the factory before we received our trucks.

And yet you wouldn't touch the Cybertruck either?
