Just confirmed ours (from the shop), VIN is 219XX; It's CY/OC/22"/Quad/Large... No delivery estimate as this was just today we finally picked one out

Details: pulled trigger 7/10 from R1Shop on Glacier White, Ocean Coast w Mountain Ash wood, 21” wheels
VIN 10,7xx had me concerned as people were getting 14-15,xxx assignments.
home delivery for Chicago suburbs, our demo driver from February was same person who drove from service center and delivered car.
first impressions, looks Neat and Sick! I was hesitant of the white interior but it so far looks Nice and sturdy. Car had standard figure if 100 miles listed on contract but had 39 miles on it.
Panels etc to me look just fine, waiting on a friend who’s diehard Tesla fan to come and look so he can find any that I may submit for ticket. Lol.
Few very minor cosmetic issues so far, one of which I fixed already. Only have done a 1.5 miles drive, no rattles or unusual sounds. Surprisingly I feel our car is a lot quieter inside versus when we did demo drive. I had camp speaker blasting outside in garage and I sat in car to do something else and I could barely hear the music. Big PLUS! Issue is now the dang Cam Speaker (even when docked) in locked car randomly connects to my phone and starts playing music. Hope they fix it as I’d hate to lose work calls to car in garage, luckily hasn’t happened yet.
others who are weary about older VIN , keep faith and do a check up. Last but not least, to me NOT a big deal as I fixed it but to some it may be - the third row passenger seat emblem was lose (see image) and there’s a small stain on middle row seat (I’ll try spot clean).
Waiting on Cross bars, Kayak mounts and wall charger delivery (only have tracking confirmation for wall charger).

Got LS/OC from the shop today. 21XXX. Now to unload a Tesla M3 after getting lowballed at 24k vs KBB 30k. Hate to miss out on the sales tax savings but still better off selling vs trading in.

I have had just one email from guide, only after I requested it, but no VIN. This what they said.

Likely in that case they don’t have it either yet. Did you see the pre-purchase steps in your account? They kind of showed up for me once they had a locked VIN.
Not only that as mentioned I confirmed order on 7/10 and didn’t hear anything about delivery till last week…in between Guide was helpful to some extent with Sharing details he could see.

How's yours in terms of build quality? I just got my VIN and I think it's probably the same batch as yours (different color) based on how close my VIN is to yours. Thanks.

Got shop access 1 week ago, and earlier this week, I selected a Glacier white with ocean coast interior, 21" wheels. VIN 219XX. Shipping from Normal, IL per my local Rivian Field Specialist (Griffin, who is way more helpful and responsive than my assigned guide). I completed all of the purchase steps except the ones I didn't need to do until right before delivery (1. adding the R1S to my insurance (will add 1 day prior to pickup, and 2. payment (will either send a cashier's check 2 days prior or will be a wire 2 days before pickup--once I know the car is at the service center being prepped). Tentatively set for a 9/29 delivery appointment. Just over 2 years of waiting!
