More likely story is that she is Rivian Customer Service and she's exhausted from all the questions she's getting about things she doesn't know.

What is even more exhausting is when you do know but are not allowed to say....

She just keeps sitting there... staring into the flames, rocking back and forth slowly... muttering, "Soon" over and over again.
