Main issue : Both displays don’t function. But vehicle is running !??‍♂️

Hello Dear friends of the Rivian community

I’m a new Rivian owner here in Gabon, West Central Africa. I just received my Rivian R1T after buying it 6 months ago in the Los Angeles area. It took a longtime for the ship to bring it here. That’s why I am having those issues. It stayed too long in the container, I believe. Now, I succeeded in charging the 12V batteries and I even put some minor charge in the vehicle but the dashboard isn’t turning on. Even though I succeeded driving the car reverse and drive mode. Everything seems to be working. Horn, lights, windows, wipers, turn signals, but I cannot get to some functions because I don’t have access to the infotainment. I have to inform you that the dashboard turned on when I took the vehicle out of the container but the 12V batteries died after a while. And when I recharged it the dashboard wouldn’t turn itself on.
So Dear people ! Do you have some kind of solutions for me ? Knowing that servicing the vehicle here without Rivian representatives will be a bit difficult. For now. Rivian being a spectacular vehicle but pretty new. Thank you very much

I would load test the 12 volt batteries with a load tester at a local repair shop and consider replacing them if they have gone completely dead in shipment. Have you soft rebooted the vehicle that would be first to try. Hold two outer buttons on steering wheel and watch drivers screen for instructions on time To release. Then I would do a total reboot if that soft reboot does not work-hold down left outer steering wheel button along with emergency flasher button on overhead console. Hold that until drivers screen says it is ok to release. This reboot takes awhile and four way flashers will turn on but you can cancel them once reboot begins. Only perform full reboot once in a 24 hour period as it affects many onboard systems and can take a while to fully restore. Good luck

FYI. if neither screen is illuminated so you can see instructions I would hold buttons for reset for at least 30 seconds

also if you replace the 12 volt batteries ( obtaining them will be a significant challenge) you need to keep each of them powered separately with another battery or battery jump box that can output 12 volts with a low or dead battery as your source— careful with making connections as the vehicle uses one battery for half of the vehicles circuitry and the other battery for the other half they are not bonded together a strange design! I have also read on newer vehicles one battery is actually a capacitor in a battery box but using a load tester should verify that for you. Good luck

I would try to reach out to Rivian service to see if they have any suggestions. To my knowledge there is no service manual for R1S yet so I'm not sure how you would get it repaired without access to a Rivian service center.

I’m having an issue with my Rivian R1T displays. Car is running fine but I have no displays. I was told on the forum to check the fuses. Can you tell me what fuses correspond to the displays. I have attached two PDF files showing the fuses box legend
