So far I am confused about the status of my order. I was sent an email to confirm after they updated my delivery window from February/March to December/January. The confirm link just logged into my account as always with no new messages or info. Was this what others got? The delivery window eventually went to processing. And then I got a “Let us know your plan” email where I confirmed my desired timeframe and method of contact. There was also a link to the R1 shop that gives a 404 error? Are people seeing better confirmation feedback? There was nothing in my account saying my configuration is locked in, just the same as it’s always been with the ability to edit it. I am not getting a confident feeling that anything has been confirmed. Customer service says I’ll be able to browse shop when service centre is open. Why send broken links?
