My "Tarkus" is doing Great! 4 Months in & almost 8k miles. No issues, no SC visits & we'll be doubling the mileage in the next 3-4 months driving around the New England States after PA & NY State. :like:

My R1T is so determined to drive me mad with the TOCK'ing that it won't even consider having any other significant issue.

Even the powered tonneau cover is still working.

Sure I have mild gripes like "regen limited" and too much play in the pedal before engagement. but, no real issues.

I e had my truck for over a year now, and my wife has had her S since this past spring. Love these cars! Very minor issues. I’m looking forward to many more adventures with our cars!

The saga before it arrived though...
It was a strange final couple months of waiting for sure! But once I drove off with it, I forgot all about it?

Picked up in March. 6,300 miles. Off-hand biggest issue has been a bit of pollen under the factory PPF on gear tunnel door, and one tailgate cable longer than the other (both fixed under warranty). Also loose bolts on underbody shield (tightened those myself). Typical. ?

My last Chevy was needing about $1000 in repairs every month (had over 240,000 miles on it), so the Riv is a breath of fresh air compared to that. ?

Yeah, like most, I have my problems, luckily my Rivian isn't one of them!

I am the happy owner of a 2022 R1T with just over 20,000 miles on it. Yes, I have read about everybody's issues, but I have been trouble free with my Rivian VIN xxx004911!

Seems like most threads are about some issue. Let's also hear from those who've had no or little issues so far. I am one of them.

There is something to be said about controlling 835 hp with my right foot!

Love my Rivian!
June 2023 pick up ~7k miles. No issues. Love my R1S

Received my quad in GW and MB interior in September. Just over 1000 trouble free miles with no known issues. My only inconvenience was when we transferred ownership from my wife to me. I was locked out of car for 1hour until calling Rivian road service and they took care of the mishap immediately. Rivian continues to call to make sure everything was taken care of. My commute is now the best 20 minutes of my day. Just love the car snd especially all the looks I get while driving it. Riv on!

Sparky, amen to that. We tend to be a kvetch-o-matic citizenry that may not have the most reasonable perspective.

Now it’s time for full disclosure to show what kind of credibility I actually have (as in “all hat and no cattle”). My R1T has 225 miles on it. So no problems. ?

13 months now, just over 10,000 miles, only one tiny problem was auto frunk hood didn't shut at one point. Switched it to manual, mobile service came by and fixed it. Otherwise, has run perfectly!

I've only had mine a week and already have two major problems. Both my kids keep wanting to drive it. I told them they don't have insurance for that. Just drive your fossil cars. I think I'm going to have to sell both of them. It sucks.

Had my 2023 R1S LE since February. Only issues have been small panel gap alignments and a window trim replacement.

time for winter adventures!
