Driver Removed After Latest SW Update

Did anyone else have low use profile deleted from their vehicle after the latest SW update?

I have 2 drivers on my RIT - the second driver was deleted after the most recent SW update, this included an email saying access had been removed. have any of you seen a similar issue?
