I have no idea how long these installations take.

They have another pad poured (probably for the transformer). Earlier today, they had all the dispensers open hooking up all the wiring between them and the power cabinets. Interestingly though, they removed the dispenser for the pull through spot a few days ago, not sure what's going on with that last one.

Definitely a lot of interest in this site, everytime I drive by to check progress I see at least another Rivian owner doing the same!

I agree. I live in this area and it makes absolutely no sense to me.
Yuma and the Golden Acorn Casino - both off I-8 - make sense. Great adventure terrain around both of those areas and they're right off the southern most US Interstate.

Any new RANs open this year? Last I see is the Hays, KS RAN opening on 12/30. I know Tesla supercharger network is much bigger but they have opened up 16 new sites this year so far. That's over 1 a day. I'm a little disappointed at the RAN pace. I guess I'll just have to be satisfied that we can use all those new superchargers soon.

Update on RAN in Holyoke, MA:
Not much done since last time. Area for dispensers are blocked off, but haven’t broken ground on them. The platforms for the transformer and switchgear are done. I don’t see any equipment on site yet. I was hoping for more progress, but ?‍.

Florida gets our first DC fast RAN! 9 charging stations at the Tanger Outlet Daytona Beach officially open! I guess we’ve transitioned from granola munchers to mall crawlers.

Drove through Lee Vining today and the Rivian folks were on site. Sounds like they are done but waiting on some paving work. He said by the end of February.
