Thank you all for your service, been thoroughly entertained reading these posts. Riviot - what was your long term efficiency results on that lite weight setup you had on previously?
OEM 20" staple wheels with Pirelli AS+3 275/60/20 gave me 2.45mi/kWh over summer. It dropped to 2.35 as soon as October hit with cooler temps.

(This was taken at pickup after 21" wheel calibration, but based on 20" AT diameter of 34", so divide miles and efficiency by 1.03 to correct)

I'm currently at 2mi/kWh on the 2363s with Falken Wildpeak AT3Ws 275/60/20 calibrated to 21s for the correct diameter for efficiency and speedo accuracy. My big question is what the 2363 with AS I just had made will do in comparison... I probably won't test until spring when it's time to rotate, changing 8 tires just to test now doesn't sound fun.

My 21" is at around 4 to 5/32 thread (14k miles driven), and i'm thinking about the 275/60/20 wildpeak AT3w replacement with some aftermarket wheels. How do you like it so far after a few months of driving it? Efficiency still around 2? How long do you think the wildpeak will last?

Love them! They give me way more confidence off road and in snow than the Pirelli AT. As long as the battery is warm, I still get 2 mi/kWh. My guess is 20-25k miles, they aren't "EV" tires so it's a softer compound that'll get eaten up by our heavy rigs. I'll have to measure again, but I think I went through 2/32" in 4500 miles. I usually change at 4/32" for safety reasons, not the legal 2/32" end of life.

Damn, I was hoping to get more miles out of the Wildpeak. Any other recommendation AT tires that would last longer on the Rivian?

Are you dead set on AT? In Dallas, you could get away with the Michelin Defender LTX series, either Platinum or M/S 2. The latter are my dream tire, I wish those were out when I got my Pirelli AS+3s.

I am not dead set on AT. However, it snowed today in Dallas and i'm not too confident to venture my R1s out there right now with 5/32 depth thread. How 's the michelin defender in that weather, and will it last more than 20K miles?

The jury is still out on that tire, but I hear good things: https://www.rivianforums.com/forum/threads/new-michelin-defender-ltx-m-s2-coming-soon.15077/

I don't think anyone has done a decent before/after comparison with stock ATs for real efficiency change though, nor have enough miles on them to measure.
