Yes mine is the same, I have to turn it on every time when the pups are back there. Is it normal to have the third row vents turn off whenever you leave the vehicle? I always have to turn the vents back on when I get back in the vehicle. The middle row and front row settings will stay as is but the third row shuts off.
ok so there isn’t another setting to enable auto on everytime? I thought they usually remember the settings after Exiting the vehicle.Yes mine is the same, I have to turn it on every time when the pups are back there.
They do work well to keep the back cool in the hot weather though.
We have a car seat and booster back there and the 3rd row vents turn on every time. It must be some combo of weight and seatbelt. I actually wish they wouldn’t turn on now since it blows cold air. In the summer it’s nice that they turn on.ok so there isn’t another setting to enable auto on everytime? I thought they usually remember the settings after Exiting the vehicle.
I wonder if it is keying off the seat belts being clicked. I have a seat belt extender, If I get a chance I’ll plug it in and test it.We have a car seat and booster back there and the 3rd row vents turn on every time. Yes. Lexus GX470 and LX570 along with some previous and future versions have an additional HVAC unit that runs the back of the car. Multi-Zone multi HVAC systems.Do other third row suvs follow this setup? Find it strange that you can’t get heat or cold air in the third row.
