Update appears safe. Appreciate getting it quick as long as drain gets better not worse. The other features are largely worthless as they moved the car access to its own menu at the top but then took away configurable spots in the bottom bar. They cut a foot off the bottom of your blanket, sewed it to the top and told you that you have a longer blanket.

My slots are very much still configurable...

Sure, one less slot. Your post said 'slots' so I assumed you lost more than just the one.

Still, four seems like plenty to me.

I thought this as well, you have to drag the icon into the tray and place it on top of one of the vertical lines in the UI.

Ok less slots; from five to four. Either way a pointless exercise largely whether I click at the bottom or click at the top.

For those unable to customize their app launcher dock, I had the same issue. Do an infotainment reset and you will be able to add a 5th app to the dock again.

Grab the icon you want from the upper tray, pull it down to somewhere between the existing icons. When the circle encapsulates the line that shows up, drop it there. I too was confused by this at first.

Not sure if this has been mentioned in forum yet, but don’t forget to add the widget to your iPhone screen for faster access to car on Home Screen. Not sure about Android at this time.
