Congrats! Were you able to take advantage of the new lease offer for 2023 models? If so would you mind sharing how much of a discount you received?I’ve been watching the lease prices for a couple months and finally pulled the trigger last night on a 2023 Quad Motor R1S. I’m very excited!
There weren’t any special discounts listed beyond the $7500 EV credit, however, the monthly payment was somewhere around $70 cheaper compared to the exact same 2024 model.Congrats! They've been working on it. They added more recently. It’s surprising that Rivian finds these increasing discounts a better option over getting leasing going in more states.
Don't worry, they seem focused on pushing the quad motor inventory out the door.Cool. this would be great if they started offering leases in OR, id probably replace my R1T with a DM max pack..
Until then great way to clear out unsold 2023 inventory to folks in other states.
yes I just recently changed from a dual/standard + to a quad / large. I was given a discount and told the leasing is way better on quads right nowDon't worry, they seem focused on pushing the quad motor inventory out the door.
Thanks for the information. You are not able to view the contract until you have all necessary paperwork, including proof of insurance? Do you have any general thoughts or advice with regards to the leasing process?I’m waiting for my insurance before I can sign the contract, but all other paperwork is complete and I already have a delivery date of 3/27. I imagine once I’m able to do the contract, I’ll be able to see the residual and any additional discounts in the lease. Right now I only see the 7,500.
I stand corrected. I eventually was able to see my contract and general terms without my proof of my insurance. Maybe it just needed some time for things to process. I cannot find anywhere where it states the residuals or any detailed info on the lease terms/discounts other than the 7,500 EV credit. Could be me or I missed it in the process when applying for financing. Regardless, it was very smooth and easy. I am very satisfied with the process. Thanks for the information. How do you agree to a deal without knowing the residual or any detailed info on the lease terms?I stand corrected.
