Performance Dual missing Sport Mode

I picked up my Performance Dual Motor R1T yesterday. On the mode select screen I only see the 3 Dual Motor options plus the towing tab. Sport is no where to be found. Am I missing something or is the software on my vehicle incorrect?

You are taking the optimistic route, and I hope you are right that it is just software. I would be concerned that you really just have a normal dual motor. I have a PDM on order, my guide keeps offering a dual motor, the first thing I am going to check is sport mode availability. i hope someone else has a better answer.

My dual performance has Sport. Maybe check your vehicle information and confirm Performance. You can see it in the app under Vehicle Information->Drive System. Should say Performance Dual-motor AWD.
I wouldn’t be surprised if you are also missing Sand mode.

The app and window sticker say performance dual. Turns out on the about screen it says standard even though the VIN matches.

That’s even worse than you thought. The truck says it’s a standard plus battery pack, not even the large pack that a dual motor performance should be.

I thought you could only get the performance dual motor with the large pack? I must’ve misread something I guess.

It should be that way. Lock away the option behind a higher margin battery.

Probably just loaded the wrong config at the factory. Service center can fix it.
