My original shipment notice was on Wednesday, Next Day air but was delayed for unknown reason. It’s now in route to arrive today.I got the same UPS notice on Wednesday, but it still has yet to ship. Suspense is killing me.

Same here. I sent a genuine email that apparently was well received and appreciated. The response was unexpected, with no thought of receiving anything other than a reply email.I emailed customer service about the car seat situation and having a herd of children to put in the R1S. They sent me this with a hand written note about our interaction.

Most likely and unfortunate. However if they had a store open...I assume Rivian is now getting a flood of "constructive" emails that are thinly veiled attempts at getting a swag box. I've never sent them any emails or even called CS so unless they do some random shipments to pre-order holders then I will be out of luck!
