Nice! I'm always happy to see fans of a company get some branded swag. I'll admit to being jealous, but I have no basis for expecting anything like that, so I'll just be glad others have gotten stuff.
Clearly they've got pins for everyone. Looks like maybe 1 water bottle or 2 "camp cups" for each of you. Very nice!

I'm assuming the nice Rivian employee (Director of Operations I believe) I met at the tradeshow put in a request that I get some swag?
On a funny stupid me duh moment, he gave me the last sticker they had. In my ephoria, I slapped in on the back of my cellphone before I realized it was side ways. DOH!!!

I assume Rivian is now getting a flood of "constructive" emails that are thinly veiled attempts at getting a swag box. I've never sent them any emails or even called CS so unless they do some random shipments to pre-order holders then I will be out of luck!

I emailed customer service about the car seat situation and having a herd of children to put in the R1S. They sent me this with a hand written note about our interaction.

I made a post here a few weeks back about car seats, getting into the 3rd row, etc. I emailed them asking if they had any details on that to share since I have all these kids to get into it. Was not expecting a swag box as I didn't even know that was a thing.

Agreed, a store would make sense to me, but I am fine with the store coming later if it means that they concentrate on vehicle production.
I also didn't mean anything negative about you guys who got swag. Obviously Rivian found the emails to be helpful and wanted to reward you for your meaningful comments/suggestions.

I happened upon Rivian back in 2018 at the LA Auto show. I have corresponded with them frequently over the past 2+ years. My feedback has not always been positive, so I'm pleasantly surprised, actually, very surprised with the arrival of such a nice gift. Like others have noted with a very nice handwritten note. We are waiting for a Max Pack, so much more patients are needed, but this was super nice. This will be my wife's R1T and our family's main weekend vehicle. My wife and her co-worker have had an ongoing back and forth over the next vehicle he is looking at vs the R1T. I can see the water bottle & coffee mug upping the ante at work tomorrow morning...lol
