Tried the hard reset and still didn’t work, BUT I noticed the Lectron does not click to lock the Tesla plug, so that might be an issue and why it won’t charge.

that did not change anything, BUT I did notice that when I plugged in the Lectron adapter to the Tesla cable, it wouldn’t lock/click into the bottom click on the Lectron adapter. This might be a flaw in this particular adapter. Does your Lectron snap into the lower clip for the Tesla?

It locks in when charging initiates. You do have to hold the trigger down when you insert the Tesla charge head. Also plug the Tesla supercharger into the adapter first then plug everything into the car.
Thank you for sending the video. I have tried both ways, adapter to Tesla first then Rivian and adapter in Rivian first then Tesla. What I noticed in your video was that when you connected the adapter to the Tesla cable, you pressed on the trigger of the adapter and then Tesla was inserted AND clicked into place. This is where I am having my problem. It appears that the Tesla slides in fine, but never reaches the point where is clicks into place In the adapter. I believe that without that confirmed physical connection, Tesla won’t start up charging. I tried multiple ways of try to push it in (without ruining anything) and I think that might be the issue.It locks in when charging initiates. Here is the video that I did on charging. The blooper reel at the end was actually a V2 supercharger which does not work. Funny story. There's a V2 supercharger at 5500 in Frederick and the V3 was at 5601! Same road in Frederick, MD ??
We were at the wrong charger. Anyway, if you're plugging in the supercharger after that may be the issue.
I have one of this brand adapter but for L2, it will often triggers a charger fault and stops charging. Very frustrating ?I wanted to test out the Lectron Tesla adapter, at a Tesla Supercharger 250kw. (I know, iLectron is not currently an approved adapter by Rivian…), but it didn’t seem to work. These two stations showed up on my Rivian navigation system, I assume they are available for use.
I tried two different Tesla supercharger stations (both rated 250k). I kept on getting the “Waiting on Charger” notification and it would time out and start up again. This happened multiple times and after about tens minutes, I aborted the test in both locations.

My current battery SOC was at 64% when I attempted charging
Data and cellular connectivity was fine in app and in the vehicle.
Questions:
Does my battery need to be at a lower percentage in order for Tesla to start the charging?
Do I have the correct software update?
Is there permissioning that needs to be done by Rivian prior to allowing adapter usage on Rivian?
I have seen others successfully use the Lectron (and A2Z) adapter on this forum.
Are you holding down the trigger while you insert the supercharger cable?
Yes. Definitely holding the trigger down while inserting the Tesla charger. In fact, it won’t go into the adapter without the trigger being depressed. I think the the trigger clip isn’t long enough to catch the Tesla charger indentation. If you look at this picture, you can see it is inserted all the way, but below, you can see the trigger angled downward as if it didn’t catch the charger indentation and set properly.

In the State of Charge YouTube video for this adapter, Tom does mention that there are multiple points of contact that must connect in order for the vehicle, adapter, and charger to speak to each other. It does sound like maybe your specific adapter isn't working properly and you should probably ask for a replacement.
Yes. I have already requested it from Lectron, but they are dragging their feet. I even had Rivian support on it and they concluded it was the adapter.
