I feel like an idiot but it took me a month to realize that I could change the drivers display layout to show navigation, tire pressure or efficiency next to the speedometor.
Anyone else not realize this?? Mine was on tire pressure for the first month.

I forget about it to be honest... Than I will look at a tire, and think it looks low or something, and remember I can hit the button to see what the tire pressure is... and I ALWAYS seem to scroll to the navigation first.. Then to the TPMS.

I tried to go back a song and held the left button for too long and it changed a few months after delivery. Pretty cool, had to look it up to see what it did, thought it was a fluke.

Yep, and if you press up, down, up, down, left, right, center, left, left, right… it goes into invincibility mode! ?

It took me a while as well. Mine was on navigation when I got it and didn't realize I could change it.

Ok, please share, which buttons, scroll wheels, where. Never had Rivian guide or delivery agent. World really be happy to change Drivers display as now after a remote service, all I see is energy usage.... boring....

So the toggles on the left side of the steering wheel. If you press and release, on right side it will advance track, or go higher on the radio station... On the left trigger, it will go lower in the radio stations.

If you press and hold either button, it will take you to the next screen. Only 3 are available currently.
1: Energy Usage
2: Maps/Navigation
3: TPMS (tire pressures)

The three things I want, and don't have, on the driver screen are:

1) Odometer;
2) Clock; and
3) Large-font percent charge, replacing current small font.

The computerized shadows of cars I can see through the windshield are a waste of display space -- and a waste of brain space too. The best I can say about those shadows is that I barely notice them any more.

Micro-navigation map is nice on the driver's screen, especially soon when they restore the names of upcoming cross streets. Seeing energy usage in real time is also nice. Sometimes I want to monitor tire pressure in real time too. Keep the three options on the far left button and far left of screen.

Except for the large-font, real-time speedometer, which is very important to me and nicely done, the middle of the driver's screen is currently wasted.

The Rivian DIC is just not very customizable. My Hummer has 300 combinations of data that I can display on the Driver screen.

On a related note, I was always grumbling that Rivian didn't have a way to make phone calls from the screen like the Tesla does. Realized it is there after all, you can swipe up to expand the dock to show more apps from the bottom. I found Camp Mode from there too!
