Really amateur question ... we're just 1 week in with the R1S.

Where/how do you get to that screen that shows all your history, range estimates, etc?

Go to energy screen (lighting bolt). Right below the remaining miles will be a button “range based on…”. Press it.

We should compare notes on the most inefficient Truck. I also do mostly short trips less than 20 miles and tend to drive 70+ on the freeways. I’ve never been able to get more than 150 miles out of 100% charge. It also seems the first 15% is always horrible. I’ll get about 20 to 30 miles from 100% down to 85%.
I charge to 100% because there’s only one level three charger in my area and it’s 9 miles away..PS just had it checked out at the service center and they said everything is fine.
To be honest, I'm already tired of charging the car. I always forget to charge it after work. I also wrote statistics on electricity consumption. But I couldn’t do it myself, I found statistics help and used https://ca.edubirdie.com/statistics-help for this. I can't say that I was satisfied. But it is many times better than gasoline or gas. Moreover, I am for air purification. I hope everyone will drive electric cars soon.

Bummer, @jasicarose75. Charging our EV's is part of the fun.

Every time I charge them, I do the mental arithmetic: "Energy costs: Less than $0.02 (US) per mile for the Bolts. Less than $0.03 (US) per mile for the Rivian."

That, and the fact that our charger is mounted in a convenient location, are plenty of "positive reinforcement" to keep our vehicles charged optimally for the next day's anticipated use.

Best wishes!
