In other words (forgot the /s), skipping the first 60% is just as likely as having shipped to 40% ... i.e. it's simply not reasonably true.

You might as well order an A2Z....OK maybe the guy sif that he "thinks" they had gotten to about the 1st 40% ... maybe he meant the emails not shipped. Either way, the guy at the SC seemed to think that supplying everyone from day one reservation to people who purchased this week would only take about 3 months. I was skeptical myself. I've been holding off on buying a 3rd party adaptor, with no trips planned for the near future and especially if I'm going to have the "official" Rivian unit shipped in the next 2 months, but if it's going to be more like 6, 8 or 12+ months, I need to know.
BTW, my R1S Serial number was in the neighborhood of 44k, but IDK if that means there are 44k Rivians on the road total or just 44k R1S's (not including any R1Ts). If 44k is all of us, that would call for shipping about 750 adaptors a day for 3 months to get them all out (weekdays only).
Hey, at least it's not a union shop yet... then it would be one apprentice intern, one Sr. intern, their supervisor, and an inspector churning out about 20 a day.One intern is putting an adapter into a box
True... A2Z's look to be backed up to mid-June and folks are selling theirs on Ebay for $400. Hope we get an influx of used, reasonably priced A2Z adapters in the Rvian groups as people start receiving their new Rivian adaptors. You might as well order an A2Z
Someone just posted that they have an adapter available to borrow in Austin.Does anyone have 2 adapters they are willing to sell? I am driving two Rivians (R1S and R1T), both pulling trailers, from Texas to Canada in June. Not having the adapters will make an already painful trip even more painful.

I don't think if anybody knows if they were tied somehow to the Tesla supercharger team being laid off. Could be they were responsible for handling PO's from other OEMs, or other things.Anybody get new emails asking for addresses? Seems the first batch went out of less than 1k of them and that has been it. Full stall....
I doubt there are any Rivian interns, especially dealing with adapters. Which is probably good for those of us waiting for the adapters to dribble out as they arrive from Tesla.Hey, at least it's not a union shop yet... then it would be one apprentice intern, one Sr. intern, their supervisor, and an inspector churning out about 20 a day.
