Quick Q - is air filter replaced with 7500 mile service?

Having the 7500 mile service check down in a week with tonneau repair. Was curious if they changed out the air filter or is that something I should myself? Already ordered the hepa filter

I had it done in February and it does not show up on my work order, nor on the list of services for that interval.

No. This is based on my eyes on of my filter a few thousand miles after my 7500.

How often are you guys replacing your air filters? I just crossed 10k miles and assumed I'd look at replacing it at 15k miles since I haven't taken it offroad and there hasn't been anything like fires, etc. that would've caused the air filter to catch more particulates than usual?

At 15K i ordered air filter and installed on my R1S. Old one was clean as a whistle.

Put the new filter in last night. Not hard, just hope I secured the cover properly- all the different clips. Just over 15k miles. Dirty, but not horrible. Figured with summer here, wouldn’t be a bad idea to get a new filter installed

Just replaced ours at 12k and one year. It was pretty dirty and lots of black on it. Big issues here are pollen, Canada wildfire smoke last year (I hear maybe this year too?) and some city driving.

Replaced it with one of the HEPA filters on Amazon that have come way down in price and am pretty happy with it so far

Kind of off-topic but.. I requested my 1st 7,500 mile check last week. My appointment is not until October 3rd.. Sheesh, it'll be a 15,000 mile check up by then.

after seeing someone in the Rivian mid Atlantic facebook group got one and I am pretty happy with it, plus subscribe and save is handy for having this stuff show up automatically so you don't have to remember when it is time to change it out.

Thank you both, @COdogman and @jeeden! I took advantage of the EV Sportline sale price (plus a 10% off code 10MEM for Memorial Day) and ordered two so I have one for next time. I’ll plan to do them around the time of Rivian service intervals.

They also have a set of three screen guards (plastic, not glass). Matte is $29.95 but clear set is marked down to $9.95. I mainly want it for the back seat screen, as I’m afraid of kids kicking it, banging it, etc. I probably won’t use the other two.
