Windshield Sunshade Options

Looking for a compact easy option for windshield sunshade. I have already tinted the front windshield with ceramic clear tint but car still gets hot. Any friendly advice appreciated.

Darn it!!!!!! I like that better than Heatshield I just bought for twice the price!!

There are a number of umbrella type shades on Amazon. All around $25. This is what I’ve been using for almost a year. Windshield not tinted. Cabin is going to get hot regardless. Sunshades don’t address thermal transfer from rest of the car. Only to shield interior from direct UV and IR exposure. Only way to keep interior from getting hot is to park where none of the exterior is exposed. https://a.co/d/goo60HC

Save your time and money. Windshield sunshade will do virtually nothing to reduce temps when the entire roof is glass. You're better off getting a shade for the roof. But even that will have a marginal impact on temps. Still better than nothing.

I did do Ceramic tint on all window and it does lower thermal transmission.

I know this doesn't address your request for options, but if you've already tinted the front with a quality UV blocking tint, then I don't think the sunshade is going to do much. It's going to get hot inside the cabin over time. The only thing the sunshade would do is offer privacy.

I bought this one and it's a perfect fit for the front windshield. and even wraps around the rear view mirror:
it folds and fits in a dinner plate sized bag that I throw in the lower cubby area or wedge between the seat and center console on passenger side.

I agree a good UV ceramic tent on the front window helps a lot plus the window shade when it’s over 100. I have UV and ceramic tint on all my windows, including the roof. It does help with the heat and thermal transmission. I just wanted to compact Sunshade I appreciate all the recommendations

Exactly what I was saying. All the metal in the body will transfer heat to everything contained within. Furthermore, air between interior side of the windshield and sunshade will still be heated by IR radiation passing through the glass. And, with time, that pocket of air will heat up the rest inside. Same exact thing will happen even you get a shade for the roof glass. Only thing to keep all this from happening is reducing direct exposure of the exterior. The only thing the sunshades do is reduce likelihood of cumulative sun damage on the dash and seats.
