So, I went to my local Discount Tire (North Idaho) for a nail in tire issue and also inquired about tire rotations. They indicated that they went through the Rivian training and had the proper jack pucks, but they only do a front to back tire rotation with no crossover since they can only jack up one side of the R1S at a time. Is this standard operating procedure for Discount Tires everywhere?
The nail went in sideways and only penetrated the outer edge of the tread/knobby portion which Discount pulled with no air leakage, so they were very helpful with that issue.
