I'm looking at getting the Nitto Nomad Grapplers 275/60/20 . They seem like a good mix of on-road comfort with some all-terrain styling and capability. Also a reasonable price point. Does anyone have experience with these tires? I'd be running them fall/winter in the Minneapolis area. I think they are a newer tire for Nitto. I searched the forum and could only find one post on them.

If anyone will share their experience, pictures, or thoughts I'd appreciate it.

Last week I installed my set of new wheels (AW10) mounted with the Nitto Nomad Grappler, 275/60R20 116H. My R1T came with the 21’’ from the factory
I choose these to have an off road looking tire but without the compromise of an agressive AT tire for on-road driving. And these are the same specs as the Rivian 275/60R20.
I love the look, they give, even better when paired with the AW10 wheels.

Just drove about 60 miles so far. Of course not as quiet as the OEM AS tires but they produce very little noise, mostly at low speeds. Driving dynamics are good but I just did normal city and highway cruising for now.

i can’t comment on efficiency since they are not broken in and I had my RTT on the bed rack.

Seeing you got a DM I’m really looking forward to hearing how these do for you after some More miles.

After 1000km (600miles), the Nomad has been a great tire. They are quiet, just a little bit noisier than the 21'' Pirellis. Excellent traction and handling on road, but I didn't test them in very agressive driving. Comfortable ride too, maybe a fraction better than the 21''.
I can't comment on efficiency, I put them on at the same time as my bed rack, and RTT. But it's for sure less efficient then the 21'', probably comparable to the Rivian Pirelli 20'' AT.
I would definitively recommend.
Will see how they will perform this winter.

That is good to hear. I am most interested in the noise and comfort level. I know that is somewhat subjective. I had an RIS loaner from the SC the last few days with the OEM 20'' all terrains and the noise level was very loud--only 14,000 miles on them. I am planning to order either the Nitto Namad's or the Goodyear OEM 20's this week. Leaning toward the Nomad's.

I think both are good choices, but I liked the fact that the Nomad had a lot of good reviews. And I prefer the look of the Nomad.

Very well. 4500miles only on them , no noticeable wear. Didn't take any measurements.
