In the market for new tires and don't really know anything about all the specs. Why is it a bad thing the tire is rated for 44 PSI vs the original advertised 51? what makes the lower psi worse?I've had these for about 6 months now and ran them at the old 51 psi max and seemed fine. Ijust lowered my tires to 48 after seeing the updates here. So what happens when a manufacturer just seems to arbitrarily change the specs after the release and doesn't notify any existing owners? Just seems like a shady practice at best or potentially dangerous at worst. I personally would have skipped these if they listed the now max of 44 psi back when I was shopping for new tires.
