I got part of the spooky action: drive mode animation, ambient lighting and sounds, but my app doesn't show an option to "Get Spooky" with costumes, instead the "Drivers and Keys" section is now says "Can't load drivers" and proximity locking, waking my Rivian, remote unlocking and remote cams no longer work. I guess that's spooky- not knowing if I can get back in my car when we go camping for the weekend. I've done resets on my phone and the car infotainment. Sucks, I was really looking forward to this.

Same situation for me this morning. It seems this update broke more things than it introduced. :/ Not being able to see the drivers and keys data is not too bad but my remote cameras view doesn’t work now either, and I am subscribed to Connect+. ?‍

Haha! It must have known I was taking about it, because right after I posted my reply, everything started working and I have the option for spooky themes in the app.

Haha! It must have known I was taking about it, because right after I posted my reply, everything started working and I have the option for spooky themes in the app.

Glad it worked out, I'm on th ephone with support. Reinstalled the app, reset my password and now I can't log into the app with the new password. Escalating.

Same here.

• Basic Halloween themes are available such as the ambient lighting and locking noise.
• iPhone app Drivers menu is not working. However, phone still appears to work as key.
• No costume function showing up in app. Confirmed am on latest version.

UPDATE: ~ 2 minutes after I posed this the costumes function became active on the app. I know both the car and app need to be on wifi for this to work. Maybe there is a significant initial download that has to take place first.
Seems to be working now (except for the Drivers glitch)

UPDATE 2: Okay, when I try to actually use the costume feature it says "something went wrong, please try again" over and over and over. Ugh

UPDATE 3: Okay, about an hour later and everything is working now. As a new Rivian owner I was really bummed to learn that you can't drive with these (especially the Knight Rider one). Meh. Still cool I guess.

I see everything on the app, but when i try to activate it it says "something went wrong, please try again".

The first time I activated each of the costumes a download took place. Not sure if that is the cause for the failure.

BTW: Don't be like others, ummh me. Turn off the costumes, when not needed, or your locked T or S will be on. Luckily my Izzy was plugged in

I had the “something went wrong” error. I did a soft reset (outer buttons on the steering wheel) and the error stopped. All “costumes” are working now.

It’s awesome. We need this year round as an option. Even better if we can drive with it in the future.
