Are these installed backwards? They’re facing away from the vehicles and you have to pull the cable around the back side of the charger to make it work.
I just fixed this. To clarify, this happened only with Spotify. Bluetooth audio was fine. To fix it, I logged out of Spotify on the infotainment unit and signed back in. Instantly worked.

I’m on 2023.14.0 and I have a couple of issues when the vehicle is in reverse:
- garage door button works, but when it pulls up the garage list, I sometimes get no response when I press the door that I want. Before 2023.14.0, it was slow, but now it sometimes doesn’t accept the garage press...
I had this problem and the alcohol cleaning completely fixed it for me. The speaker now connects to charge when in the dock and doesn’t advertise Bluetooth when docked.
Yes, I strongly agree with this. The native Apple car key in wallet would presumably not have malfunctioned today, even if Rivian’s authentication system went down. And, as you said, it still works even if your phone is dead. It also works on Apple Watch.
