Climate Controls Unavailable

I've been having this very strange issue where while the vehicle is locked and asleep, half of the time the app won't let me turn on the climate.

It says:

No weight on any of the seats, no seatbelts buckled. I know the car knows it's unoccupied because it WILL go to sleep immediately when I walk away (which it wouldn't do if it thought there was still an occupant)

If I wake the vehicle by unlocking the doors, then it will let me turn on climate. Has anyone else seen this?

Yeah when the car is awake it's 100% accurate on the seat sensor. Just when it goes to sleep it decides it's occupied.

The vehicle doesn't act like it's occupied at all, it will instantly go to sleep like it should when nobody's inside. To me this feels like more of an app bug

Gen2-S as well. i can't control climate from my app. I trigger something and after a few seconds it turns itself off.
