That's good if they're clearly shot. That means you'll get the replacement upgraded versions.I can no longer differentiate between soft and firm rides anymore. It's all jarring and harsh. I've also noticed that this "stretch and flex" of the ride heights is no longer helping like it used to. I feel like my dampers are shot to hell.
The issue is when they're periodically showing symptoms or you're in a SC where they're fighting you tooth and nail to not replace them. I'm sure there is an incentive to deny.
