Old Software Version After Vehicle Was Serviced

So I unfortunately had to endure the painful experience of a Rivian repair due to a valet crashing my R1S. It wasn’t fun…..

3 months later, I finally received my car back, looks brand new! Problem is there have been a handful of updates since my vehicle was at the body shop and I can’t get this thing to update to a current software version. It’s been 24 hours in my WiFi and nothing. Anyway to force an update? Does it need to be at a certain charge threshold?

The only way to force an update is for Rivian to push it to your vehicle manually. And you have to go through each version, last I heard

No way to force. Call service.

That's the cell phone that is at 20% charged, not the Rivian.

Called Rivian and they pushed the update. Have to install each update one at a time…..
