I don't think it looks that bad does kinda look like the Kona with that front light bar. Too bad the car probably doesn't have a blinker or drive stalk.
Right, I heard Leon got rid of that as well. Because, having important controls on something that spins is a great idea.

Lots of people buy them but I never liked the Model Ys style and this doesn't help that. There are other choices now and I would pick them over this anyway.

I think it looks alright, definitely better than before. CT lights in the front, R23 lights in the back. They do like to copy Rivian design so not a surprise.

Looks are subjective. I don’t like it, but some folks don’t really care much about that anyway. The question is will it have enough upgrades to increase sales enough to make up for lost market share - I doubt it.

Tesla could have done that with a functional truck but Elmo decided he knew better… Now they are left hoping refreshes move the needle.
CT vs MY are so different there's no way they can be mentioned in the same sentence. Who cares about Elon and his CT? Why Tesla has become so successful and the market leader - we all know the reason. Lost market share is meaningless as more EV choices become available. The question is not how many it will sell (MY) but how good it will be. Let's enjoy these refreshes for what they are.

It's a great improvement. I always thought the Y looked super weird, like an AI version of the 3. I think a person would have to be insane to buy an R2/R3 over a Tesla, which is vastly more advanced, feature-rich, and still enjoys much better charging options.
Plenty of reasons to buy a Rivian. If you want turn signal stalks, a driver's dash display, and an interior that doesn't look like it was assembled by numbers, Ikea furniture you should buy a Rivian. If you want something with zero style and all software get the Tesla.

Style is overrated when your refreshes doesn't charge as good, or audio doesn't sound as good as the outgoing model. The range is way overrated as well...
