My name is Mike, and I have a (car) problem
I think I've finally gone past the "damp cloth is fine" phase, as my OC driver seat is beginning starting to show signs of filth after 22k miles and a lot of camping/biking/surfing trips.

Personally kind of shocked it went this long before I noticed any discoloration.

Any product recommendations? I've always had Proper Cow Flesh so honestly a bit of a n00b at maintaining synthetic seats.

The interior detailer from Adam’s works well for me. It’s on the lighter side and doesn’t leave any oils or shininess.

I used Adams interior detailer or gyeon interior detailer, both are anti-microbacterial. Also another good alternative is optimum no rinse diluted 256:1. Just YouTube it, many purposes.

Out of Spec Reviews did a detailing episode a while back. They recommended GYEON Leather Cleaner, medium strength. I'm not sure if that was specific to the Ocean Coast interior or not.

I have not yet used that product. I have used P&S Professional Xpress Interior Cleaner and was happy with the results.

I ended up using Maguire's 3-in-1 leather cleaner, and applied with what was basically the above "fuck it" technique, and it worked great.

Likely could have done the same with water and a rag and done fine, but now it smells nice and I can slide out of the truck at speed because it's super slippery on the faux leather.

I use Super Cleaner from Car Guys. Bought it on Amazon. Works great on my OC seats and trim.

I'll second the Gyeon products. I actually used their Leather Shield to "coat" my OC seats as soon as I got my truck home and everything still looks brand new.

As soon as I got my Rivian, which was already super clean anyway, I cleaned all of the polyurethane parts top to bottom. Everything; dash, seats, pillars, console, all of it. Then I coated it all with Chemical Guys ceramic for plastics. So now, it's super repellent to everything. And looks great; it's not shiny, but has a sheen that is really subtle and awesome. It took hours, and well worth it. I used the "disposable" mini microfibers from O'Reilly. They have a 100-pack of small ones for $30 or so, and I don't feel bad about tossing them after polluting them with such chemicals. Which won't wash out, and you wouldn't want that in your washer at all anyway.

I much prefer to do a long and tedious job once that lasts "forever" as opposed to having to do something every month. The high quality ceramics do that.

Few drops of dawn with warm water in spray bottle. Similar to homemade “slip solution” used to apply ppf and tint. Works perfectly fine for me.

It would be harder to come up with a WORSE thing to do to your polyurethane interior. Maybe gasoline and acetone. For everyone else, do not do this. Dawn can specifically attack PU.
