I can't think of anything to say that wouldn't start some sort of forum riot, so maybe I'll skip the question. :sun:
I can't believe it was even asked. Hopefully that's an attempt at humor.

The institutions have all the sway. We peasants just have to ride it out

I guess I'm glad I'm not the only one who just doesn't see this much value in Rivian yet. I just can't see how they could have a valuation higher than a company like Ford and have barely started producing any vehicles. Sure the potential is there, but the risk is just too high (for me) right now. Maybe by Jan/Feb time frame if they actually start producing at a decent rate? Love the products, and maybe I'll miss out on a nice xmas bonus, but here's another 175 DSP shares that won't be purchased. Just seems like they're being greedy with the IPO...imo.

ford, as an example, has massive costs (debt, pensions, etc), and it’s generally going to cost them more to produce a car at the moment than Rivian or Tesla.

No reason to invest without being comfortable about it though.

Yet another shit show experience with Rivian and deadlines.

What a joke.
Pretty sure this is MS, not Rivian, calling the shots right now.
