Yesterday I brought my R1S into the Trenton service center for the first time. It was due for its 2 year service, tire rotation and I was having issue with the card keys. I didn't take any pictures because this site is temporary and nothing special. I have to say once again I am thrilled with Rivian service. They took care of my vehicle, resolved all the problems and were more than nice to me. I understand there are challenges but the people here were amazing, and once they build out their full time location down the road I am sure the amount of appointments will increase making it even easier for owners.
