Automated Settings Macros - Request for Ideas

If you could have your Rivian change settings automatically based on certain criteria (speed, location, etc), what would you have it do? For those of you familiar with "macros," what macro would you run to make your life easier?

Examples:

- For Gen 1 owners, automatically turning on/off Conserve mode when you exceed / go below a certain speed.

- Opening/closing the garage door when you arrive to/leave your home.

- Turning on the rear vents for kids or dogs when you get in the vehicle.

- Turning on/off wifi or the hotspot.

- Change ride settings based on who is driving the vehicle.

• Disable auto ride height when AP mode is selected.
• Lock navigation map in full view
• Flip left gauge cluster tile to navigation when starting a trip
• Flip left gauge cluster tile back to music (or something other than navigation) when ending a trip
• Enable ventilated seats when starting above certain ambient temperature
• Enable heated seats / steering wheel when starting below certain ambient temperature
• Enabling pet mode with one tap (bypass nag screen)
• Automatically set offset of cruise control based on observed speed limit (I typically set mine to +8 over).
• Randomly select ambient interior light pattern or cycle through them periodically

I would like to see the automatic door locking have a different (longer) delay when at home.
30 seconds or a minute is great when out and about. Maybe let me make it 5 minutes when it’s in my driveway.

-Option to save kneel mode setting at specific locations. or just a quick on/off toggle not buried in the menu
-equalizer change to voice setting when a podcast is playing.

Drive modes and settings can be programmed to align with favorite (frequent) locations. For example:

* When nav set to Work, use Sport and High regen.
* When nav set to kids’ school, use All Purpose and Medium regen.

Would also like a feature that listens for a child’s whining and, if heard, automagically switches to Sport mode so I can startle them back to reality.

I’d like the center screen to change to camera mode when it detects I’m in a parking lot.

I'd just like the screen to stay on the f****** rear camera all the time unless I tell it otherwise. The settings stating this very feature don't do jack. Oh, and nix the backup lines! Why do I need them displayed when I'm going 70mph down the highway???

Also...any interest in tying some of these settings to physical buttons, similar to the Tesla SEXY buttons? Maybe a dedicated liftgate or charge port button, or an actual HVAC fan knob?

Eco mode on/off is the only one that I think is super useful.

A lot of things could be automated using our existing smartphone automation if Rivian would expose more controls in the shortcuts, like Tesla does.

If you are really looking for a way a piece of hardware could trigger some sort of future macro:

A physical drive mode dial or Sport/AllPurpose toggle would be cool. You could mount it on the steering wheel like a paddle shifter or do a dash mount dial kind of like the drive mode selector on Toyotas.

Would love to have a row of buttons (beside/above/below the screen?) that could be configured to whatever function we want. One touch pet mode, frunk, lift gate, quick nav destination, rear row vents, etc

Above 30 mph, If I slam on the brakes and the front sensors detect a vehicle within 10 feet, fire a sidewinder missle.

Would love two things:

1) Personalized/custom vehicle mode (e.g., Sport/firm/low suspension/low regen/low traction control) a single action so that one does not have to change multiple things while driving. Be able to have 3~5 single action customizable settings.

2) Automatic garage door open/close function, like Tesla

As long as we're listing stuff we want to see, lets get calendar sync function with our phones so that appointments with addresses can be navigated by just touching the address.

I'd like the garage button to also fold my mirrors and activate my cameras.

I'd like the car to remember I always use the seat ventilation and never want the seat heater. It's annoying to have the a/c on, and push the icon...only to get a hot butt.

I'd like to program the turn signal so it is audible at highway speeds and not obnoxious at low speeds.
