Ok. So there are 14 pedals currently attached to my bikes in the garage! However , I might have a few pedals lying around not currently attached to bikes.

Doesn't matter. When you come out, someone will be parked RIGHT next to you (and I mean, so close to your door, you won't be able to get in without turning sideways and looking like a huntsman spider trying to slip through the cracks)... and they'll be that close despite there being 0 other cars within 50 feet of that spot...
