All screens are blank. Reset didn't fix anything.

Well it finally happened, another big issue. Truck maybe hasn't moved in a week. Went to drive it and the screens stayed off. Tried an infotainment reset, nothing. Tried a full reset, nothing. Any other things I should try before making yet another service?

Probably 12v battery issue. Contact Rivian. They should be able to get a mobile tech to come out and replace the 12v. I'm not an expert but that would be my first guess. Other's might be able to give more ideas. All the best.

Sounds like my issue, failed AXM.

I went through 3 AXM modules (screens turning off while driving) until the service center finally figured out it was the module the AXM controls to initiate the coolant pump. Once that module (forgot the name) was replaced, the screens haven’t shut off since.

When they call, tell them it is a safety issue as you don't have speed, indicators for lights, turn signal, Collison detection, LDW, LKA, traction control, etc... It'll get moved up.

I'm guessing it will need to get towed, right? Ugh so much for my trip this weekend.

100% tell them it's a safety issue and it needs to be towed immediately. It took a whole day for me to talk to the right person who finally understood how dangerous it was. I told them I was driving with Google Maps open on my phone so I knew how fast I was going. That got a tow truck sent immediately.
Sorry for your troubles but they'll fix it
