Small ask for Rivian: let us reorder our favorites! 🚗✨ Sometimes the thing I use most ends up buried, and being able to drag-and-drop them would make life so much easier. Who else wants this? 🙋‍♂️
Which favorites do you mean?

11 pages deep........SO....this has probably already been mentioned.

I want "Resume" like a normal cruise control setup. The inability to have a set point and then engage/disengage the cruise from there just seems like a big step backwards. There is already an unused button on the wheel for it (Right click), and we know that Rivian understand how to add context to that button (see garage door opener, or phone call context menus).

This doesn't feel like a heavy lift, but for some reason has never made it into the vehicle.

R1S. Being able to customize the rear hatch auto-opening height.

My previous SUVs allowed me to select a range of rear hatch height openings (esp. if you have a lower garage door) during the auto open operation. On the R1S, it's currently fully open or a pop open (unlock only).

Talk to Tesla, reverse engineer a Tesla, etc. to learn how to do [fill in the blank] right.
Yep. That pretty much sums it all up.

I just want the dam doors to open when I walk up to the car without having to take my phone out, wake it, and hold it up to the door handle

Gear tunnel doors: when unlocked, they still require a but of prying to open. The passenger side is slightly better, but it would be nice it they popped open maybe a 1/2 inch when unlocked?
The reasoning for this was so they didn't just drop down into a neighboring vehicle. At least that's what they said way back prior to the launch.

That's less a Vehicle issue, and more of a phone issue. If waking the phone opens the door, then it's not a latency on the part of the Rivian, it's a battery saving feature on the phone itself.

I have been begging for resume since day 1 in every place I could ask. I thought the implementation would be to push the right stalk up for resume since you push down to activate, but I don't care how they do it. It really seems like it would be easy to add.

I drive lot's of rural two lane highways with many stops and turns. It's clearly not necessary, but it would be nice to have.

Yeah, that makes sense… but I don’t want it all the way open, just far enough so that I don’t have to dig in with my fingernails to get in

Unsure if sarcasm or serious?!?

Assuming serious:

Yea, but then you end up with dumbass features like PaaK only, digitally controlled HVAC vents, and no Resume feature.

Pop the rear cabin door first.

Mine were originally adjusted to pop the tunnel door enough to get a finger in, but over time the seal has caused it to stick a bit more and it doesn't happen anymore.

Dead serious. Tesla wrote the book.

For me, give me the complete, liberating PAAK always. Teslas have a keycard also, which I never have used. Have never used the keycard on my R1S, either, much less that abomination, detestable ICE-age POS key fob.

I myself do not mind at all the digital control on the vents. I think it is great, actually.

I do like my R1S Gen 1 a hell of a lot as is. Would not get rid of it even for an R1S Gen 20. That said, any reasonable person would quickly see that software integration and feature implementations thereof on Rivians is noticeably inferior compared to Tesla's. And that is perfectly fine as well.

I'll update my post, Favorites for the Navigation.
Was going to say the same thing. This problem would be solved if I could log into Google Account in Maps, but short of that, just let me rename the saved addresses. Most of what I have saved are kids friends houses, and being able to rename to "Sam's house" rather than 123456 w main street would be really helpful.
