@Riviot
Thanks for the info!
Looks like the docs you attached only list the part numbers for the bolts holding the panels on (which I'll likely need anyway, so thanks) but not the panels themselves.
Interesting that some of the part numbers aren't appearing in the system... I wonder if they are part of a larger package (the RUS) and aren't meant for individual resale, therefore aren't listed as individual parts for purchase...?
This is what {PT00000392 looks like:

Clearly it is not plastic and looks to be some sort of composite...? Here's a close up:

For reference, here's the plastic one ( PT00101120-C)

There are essentially three panels from the battery to the back bumper:
- a small rectangular piece, listed in your third doc as " Panel, Underbody, HV Battery, Rear". That is PT00553009
- a large triangular piece that covers the rear drive motors in your first doc and detailed above, PT00101120-C.
- a diffuser, PT00101121-C.
All of these components appear to have composite counterparts with different part numbers.
( PT00000384, PT00000392 and PT00000381 respectively).

I've reached out to a few of the eBay folks to see if they can tell me the difference and when I hear back, I'll report. It'd be amazing if I could upfit the truck to have an mostly composite (carbon fiber?) underbody for less than $1k....
I found it after digging, but it didn't appear in the search. Odd. I needed the "underbody subframe" verbiage I found on eBay.

Ok, so if I'm reading what you posted correctly, part 392 has been deprecated by Rivian and replaced with part 550777-A and requires the diffuser (778-A)?
Curious to know why...
Not sure of anyone recalls but in the early days, you could configure a truck with just the RUS. Now you have to add the "off road package"...wonder if that's when the part #s changed...?
Regardless, I think they are the same piece and would fit my truck just fine. Thanks for the info!
As an aside, where are you getting your info? Is there a full shop manual we can buy? I'd love to have one of those...

RUS is just reinforced pieces for those 3 instead of plastic, but yes, they should fit despite updated part numbers.

Someone shared partner portal access with me, so I share as much info as I reasonably can. We may or may not have a huge file of all the service items... But don't have a reasonable way to share it. And I've learned over the last few months that some of these change or new things are added, even some things have been removed, so it's a living doc of sorts. Which makes it hard to share.

So even if it was only 25MPH, that's like hitting a solid curb at 25.
The force at 25mph would be significant, but not like concrete, more like a heavy powder.

Still enough to rip off aero panels, obviosuly.
After years of wakeboarding, trying various flips & spins, and face plants, I can confirm hitting water at 25-30MPH feels like concrete. I’ve got the X-rays, MRIs, and concussions to prove it…

Concur. If it can dislocate my shoulder, it can bend/tear plastic.

Are the metal optional Rivian factory panels as competitive as the ones mentioned above? I ask because I may be booking a check up, and possibly need to upgrade to better then the OEM plastic "Dust covers" that came with the vehicle.

There are no factory metal options.

Really? even for the R1T 22'/23' ? I guess the memory I have was for an aftermarket one.
I remember the off-road protector shield, it must be composite?

They'll fix it, but not under warranty.
