I never noticed the "For Business" note. No idea what that is for...Nice! I've maintained my subscription for Plugshare even though I rarely (never) take road trips. It seems like one of the most valuable apps for EV owners. Glad to support continued development.
Edit: Notice your screenshot says "Plugshare for Business". Any different from regular Plugshare?
The only vehicle I charge at Superchargers is my Tesla.Of course the "sociopath" (sic) received $7.5 Billion of our tax dollars to open the Tesla charging network. I figure I may as well get something for my money. To each their own.
It's actually just a link to take you to the Plugshare for Business area of the site. - PlugShare for Business | PlugShareI never noticed the "For Business" note. No idea what that is for...
Too bad RAN doesn't do the same for Rivians, or at least a nice discount? The only vehicle I charge at Superchargers is my Tesla.
Because it has free Supercharging. So when I use it, it costs Tesla money.
These days the Teslas that qualify for free supercharging are few and far between. It was a marketing tool they have been clawing back.Too bad RAN doesn't do the same for Rivians, or at least a nice discount?
They did when RAN first launched, but it was a specific length of time for all vehicles, not a per-vehicle thing.Too bad RAN doesn't do the same for Rivians, or at least a nice discount?
I received my new R1T a week ago and there was no kind of discount for RAN and my referral only included the 500points. Plus no longer has the included portable charger like how my wife's Macan EV had. Must be cutting costs? They did when RAN first launched, but it was a specific length of time for all vehicles, not a per-vehicle thing.
And IIRC, new RIvians get a certain amount of free charging at RAN. (Or is that only when use your referral code?)
One thing about Tesla free Supercharging (since I just got done with a "Rivian charged me ridiculous idle fees because I sat plugged in for an hour after I was done charging") is that Tesla does charge idle/congestion fees even to grandfathered free Supercharging vehicles.
