I'm curious if others have this issue and/or if it's related to any regent updates. I regularly get my home charging speed derated due to a warm plug. Charging starts around 11 kW (~48A) and derates to 6-7 kW and 30A. It looks like this happens when the plug reaches 100 degrees.
Yesterday, I charged at a hotel with a Tesla L2 charger. It seemed to maintain about 9 kW for several hours. It also possible there was more air flow to cool the plug.
I'm coming up on 2 years of home charging and only first noticed the issue over the summer when the ambient temperature of the garage was 90+ degrees. I didn't think much of it at the time. Now it much cooler.
