Accessory 3rd brake light install- is this right?

Hi all, installed my third brake light (which is now gone from the gear shop, interestingly).
Does this look right? Specific to the wire and tonneau cover intersection. Great solution, minus this IMO

looks to be. I have it too but seems defective as it stays brightly illuminated when ever the truck is awake. Supposedly they are sending me a new one but it isn't for sale in the shop anymore and was about 3 weeks ago...

Where does this wire into? Does it take care of the issue that folks had before where the truck would show up as if you were towing something? I have an iKamper mini too and i've been looking for a solution here.

just got one and mine has the same problem. Glad to know it's the light and not the aux power port that is defective. Did you get replaced via a service ticket?

oh and you can probably move your ikamper a few inches more to the front. Mine overhangs as well but not that much. Note I visited the iKamper warehouse store yesterday and picked up some more goodies for mine.. biggest purchase was to replace the bedding with the pump up one.. i'll be trying it out tomorrow night.

yeah it shows up as a trailer connected, but there’s a drop-down menu that you can just choose accessory and turn on the rear sensors again with a toggle

Yes. They started a warranty process. Supposedly …. Just an email stating they would send a replacement.
