EV Base Dual Wireless Phone Charger for 2025 RS1

I'm posting here to (1) see if anybody from EV Base is monitoring and (2) as a heads up to My Rivian Bros.

Has anyone had the misfortune of dealing with this group's customer service? They are extremely rough and rude and are not capable of enunciating words.

My issue is so simple yet now I just pissed. They forgot to include the pigtail/wiring from the base unit wires (most probably for Gen 1) to the RS1's plug which is different. I get it, not a big deal, but I guess to EV Base it was.

I got a call back with in an hour or so of an emailed, so kudos to that; But I had to send the email since the phone numbers on their packaging and inserts will not take a message. Okay, so I email and get a call back. Told him my issues and then he got stuck. Explaining that this was a gift and that I did not have the order number, since it was a gift, he got stuck and tried to tell me something which I asked to repeat back, I truly could not understand what he was saying so I asked him to repeat just a few words, maybe twice, and he hung up on me.

Seriously?!! What kind of operation are we dealing with here?

Typical of businesses that are not US-based and can afford to ghost customers. It’s also Chinese lunar new year. So they are probably OOTO.

No i've been texting with their CS and they have been responding, but they have dug their heels in with the rudest rep. I can't get past him to speak to anyone else and I think he just does not understand. It's the easiest fix, just send the missing wire loom to connect from their unit to the RS1.
