UI changes will be later this year (in the video at the top of this thread).

I'm guessing the charger might not, as the dimensions are most likely different on the center console. They may make a version of it for the inevitable R1 Gen 3....

I'm thinking gen 3 R1 as well. And for cost optimization, the center console is probably the same—retrofittable charging pad, if power source specs are the same.

Interesting, using the camera built into the rear view mirror to live stream your interior. He mentioned pet mode/monitoring (PetCam).

I'm also cautiously optimistic about this force balanced speaker setup. Hopefully can see some demos at the local shop.

I just saw the Auto Trader review of the BMW iX3 and they highlighted this feature too, can even ask the car to take a selfie of you in the car!

I think live streaming to keep an eye on pets is much more practical use case.
