PAAK got worse recently?

Anyone else experiencing PAAK issues? I believe after the last update, my R1S is ALWAYS connecting to my wife's phone, but more importantly, my phone will unlock the car, but when I get in to drive, I see this in the driver display: "No phone key detected. Place a key in the tray." I have to put my phone in the tray for 3 seconds before I can start driving.

I've deleted my paak and paired it again, restarted my phone, and restarted the r1s. Still nothing seems to fix this.

No. It was actually the best it had been after that update. This just started after the last update

It has definitely been getting worse over the last 2 updates. It was flawless up until then. Since the one back in December, it started doing something similar with the profiles and of course having more issues with responsiveness and the door handles not popping out with me right next to the car. Hopefully it gets resolved in the next software update. Seems to be a new issue.

100% noticed exactly this.

No issues on Gen1 here, but it does seem to be even more overly sensitive now as it frequently unlocks in my garage and way too early as I walk up to it. On the other side, it lets me get WAY too far away before finally locking and I'm not thrilled about it.

Since the last two updates mine (LE R1S) has been significantly worse.
Biggest annoyance is that it doesn't get my "home" correct, it sets it to my neighbors address about 300 yards away so it is always locked in our own garage. Kids can't run out to the car to get something without me unlocking and it never unlocks even right next to the car until I get the phone out.
Was perfect before.

Can you guys check the battery settings on the wallet app on your phone?

I had the same issues as you guys are reporting, and I fixed it by changing phone settings on the wallet app. I make a thread about what I did here:

Since I made those changes, I have had no PaaK failures, just like before the last two OTA updates. In fact, it works better than before. Back pocket PaaK works 100% of the time. It didn't before the wallet was implemented.
