  • Improved 12V battery capacity management
Do we have any idea of what this improvement(s) is(are)? Any are welcome of course, particularly ones that may help decrease vampire drain and provide more information about the condition of the 12V battery, hopefully giving more notice of its impeding failure.

Anyway. Perfect timing... After the winter.
They do have a knack for being an entire season behind on this kind of stuff. It’s odd.

So you think they haven't released the notes for the A+ updates yet, but you think there will be updates with this release? It's weird they would provide half the notes in a release if that is the case.
No, I don't think there will be any Autonomy+ updates for some time, until the two advertised features late this year. Until then it'll just be small Autonomy+ data updates that happen independently from the monthly software updates.

Excellent! Hope this helps with the XM authentication issues I have had periodically since new and especially after that last update.
Yes! Despite what you read on here, my Rivian has been trouble free (knock on wood) except for XM. And it definitely got worse after the last update.

“Reduced steering wheel vibrations at highway speeds”

Ok how in the hell do you do this with software?

Not that I’m complaining, because I was just being annoyed this morning by a vibrating steering wheel on the highway.

If they can fix that with software, it gives me some hope they can address some of the erratic suspension behavior I continue to have.
Im guessing they mean the lane keeper vibration when you start to cross the lines....

I assume some of these ideas come from reactions to the season. Then the programming needs to be approved and coded.
There is that, but they can reasonably predict it will be hot in July and cold in Jan.

I, too am hoping they figure out the whole connectivity issue with the XM radio. Since the last update I am having DAILY ongoing issues with keeping connected. I have resorted to just streaming it off the app which is a bit of a PIA sometimes too.
I think this may be a SiriusXM issue. My R1S and Tesla MY are having similar issues with XM.

I would pay good money for a 5G upgrade module. Not because I need it, but just because I want it, LOL. 😉

No Universal Hands Free changes? No way I would pay $2,500 (or $50 a month) for the way it currently works (or doesn't work that is).

Embracing the Google store or Apple or both would be so welcomed. The music apps are still subpar and Bluetooth from my phone has crappy quality. USB audio would be great as a simple alternative.

I’ve had steering wheel vibrations on freeway speeds since i replaced my OEM tires. I took it to the SC once for service for this reason. I was told it was due to the AT tires I had installed- maybe in part but this confirms it’s more than just the tire.
