Yes and that is estimated to be just above $50k and the sister car to the Subaru Getaway - both out before the end of this year.

Agree, even if it starts at $70k that’s cheaper than the R1S. We will see.
I read on the Highlander/Getaway to get the to full 320 miles of range you had have the top trim. All other trims would be sub 300 miles, considering the range, maybe that is why the TZ is priced like that

The bottom trims are an anemic 77kwh battery. The long range is 95kwh and it will get you ~the same highway range as an R2 if you choose the 19" wheels on the toyota. Both 400V charging curves Toyota ~35 minutes to add 70% or a realistic 170 miles of 70mph highway range.
Ugh! Just when I thought door handle design couldn't get any worse. You'll definitely be trapped in your burning car with those handles.
