No doubt. My question was rhetorical. I've been working on cars for ages, one of my first vehicles was a used '57 Chevy, so I've seen the evolution, and it isn't just cars; I used to carry a stock of transistors, resistors, capacitors, and soldering tools I fixed circuits instead of throwing things in the trash.Guaranteed. That is as far as the breakdown in parts inventory goes (and what they get from suppliers). It's not a Rivian thing, it's a worldwide thing for decades. Unless DIY, and using parts salvaged from donor assemblies, the days of replacing individual parts are long gone.
