R1T lease ending- is there a buyer out there?

As I near the end of my lease on my R1T I can’t help but wonder why there isn’t a market of buyers who want to pay less for a used vehicle. I could sell my R1T at lease end to someone for 5-6K less than retail still walk away with a small surplus. If you’re near Illinois and want to discuss let me know. 22k miles on my 24 R1T.

Have you tried selling it to Carmax, Carvana, etc? If there's enough equity in it they may be interested.

I guess I don’t understand - most of the lease buy outs are higher than market. If yours is less, then of course, buy it out and trade for the equity. That’s done all of the time. Just the residuals baked into these leases tends to be higher than market value so no one wants to buy them at lease end.
