App lost the setting to turn on seat heaters

Am I losing my mind? My app lost the controls to turn on seat heaters, etc. It can only turn on the HVAC, can’t even adjust the temperature. I assume it’s user error, but what am I missing?

My G1 R1S still has it and works for cool or heat. Try killing your app and restarting it or reboot the infotainment in your vehicle.

Isnt that the view of someone who has the app but isnt listed as a key? I feel like I have seen other posts on here with similar views and that is the case.

I don’t think so, I have the app on my iPad, it is not setup as a key and I can still see the seat/climate controls just can’t change them.

Have rebooted phone and app, but not the truck. @SANZC02 good call - I'll reboot the infotainment.

Unless I missed something, it just seems to have changed in the last week without a software update that I'm aware of (in either the truck or the app).

It is still there in the app. use it all the time. That view is different than mine.

Yes, I did too until it disappeared. Vehicle reset didn’t do it. Guess I’ll try reinstalling the app completely.
